Frank
has been active in the Valley Center real estate community
since 1993. He served on the V.C. Planning Board for years
and has worked on many of the proposals that have come before
the Board prior to being submitted to the County of San
Diego. As a land owner and grower he is knowledgeable about
land usage. He is a husband and father and active in his
Church and the Boy Scouts. Every client is the most important
client and is given his full attention and consideration.
As the Broker for Shoemaker Realty he is responsible for
each and every Real Estate Agent in the office. In addition
to his California Department of Real Estate designation
as Broker he holds a GRI.

Suzy
has been a licensed Realtor since 1984. At one time she
owned her own Real Estate office in Valley Center. She currently
devotes her free time to the care of her avocado ranch.

Steve
is retired from the Navy and was an aerospace engineer at
TRW. He has been licensed as a Realtor with the California
Dept of Real Estate since 2002. He loves selling apartment
buildings and commercial properties. His hobbies are Classic
cars and his Valley Center home where he raises a variety
of animals.

horses would be a passion. Joyce has been a driving force
for the Valley Center Rodeo, serving on the Rodeo Committee
for 9 years and actively planning for the 2010 show. Joyce
has been a broker since 1980 and a consistent award-winning
producer. From awards for horsemanship to housemanship
