Frank
has been active in the Valley Center real estate community
since 1993. He served on the V.C. Planning Board for years
and has worked on many of the proposals that have come before
the Board prior to being submitted to the County of San
Diego. As a land owner and grower he is knowledgeable about
land usage. He is a husband and father and active in his
Church and the Boy Scouts. Every client is the most important
client and is given his full attention and consideration.
As the Broker for Shoemaker Realty he is responsible for
each and every Real Estate Agent in the office. In addition
to his California Department of Real Estate designation
as Broker he holds a GRI.

Shirlyne
has been in the real estate business for 33 years. 17 years
as a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and 16 years as
a Real Estate Broker. She was associated with the same company
in Los Angeles for 23 years. In 2001 she moved to Valley
Center. Most of her business has been listing and selling
single family residences along with listing and selling
multifamily dwellings. Shirlyne also has experience working
with short sales and foreclosed properties, also supervising
the cleanup and cosmetic rehabilitation of properties. She
uses the internet for most of her marketing along with Open
Houses on the weekends.

Suzy
has been a licensed Realtor since 1984. At one time she
owned her own Real Estate office in Valley Center. She currently
devotes her free time to the care of her avocado ranch.

Nicole Ragan has lived in Valley Center since 2004 and enjoys
